About Me

I'm Derren, a private chef and tutor based just outside of Brighton. Originally from Cornwall and having eaten my way around the world, I have a really wide repertoire of food that I'm able to prepare and cook.

I can therefore offer customers almost anything that they would want, any service style or cuisine type. I bespoke all my menus following an initial consultation with the customer and according to any dietary requirements they may have within their party.
